An epic finale

"Life is not meant to be easy. It's meant to be something that makes us cling to God."

Wow, there is so much to unpack in this last book of the trilogy. As always, there is plenty of action, suspense, and faith elements in the plot, as well as romance. This time around the adventure circles Czech and Germany and we encounter quite a few unlikely allies of York from his past. I loved that York finally realizes who he is in God and surrenders to His purposes. RJ matures through the series as well (and the poor woman has endured more than any woman in love should) and finally understands York's desire for peace. And Tate enters into the fray again to save RJ from yet another disaster and adds more layers to the story. President White and the Caleb Group also make an entrance. The plot has jaw-dropping twists and turns; the conclusion of this epic saga will definitely surprise you. The epilogue hints that the third book of the Sky King Ranch series (releasing in Nov 2022) intertwines with this book so that's another book to look forward to!
